I have tested the amBx full system. For me personally game detection sometimes only works when I have the amBX control panel open in the background. There is a simple priority list that we operate by - PC first, then Mac, then Linux.

The fact is, we just have to be patient. I've wondered for a while as well, and now you've got me interested, so So linjx to www.

amBX vs. linux/mac - Introversion
If you're a gamer, the virtual world reaches out from your screen. Please Log In to post. Check out the Guide or FAQ. It says no on mine but I have no idea what it is. The AMBX speakers do not seem to be a selectable audio input through the device manager, or the desktop link to playback devices. I guess you have not installed everything correctly yet. Want to add to the discussion? Again, lights from every direction to cover every angle that every light might shine from in the game would work.

With amBX, games and peripherals providing surround lighting, sound, vibration, air movement and other effects work in harmony together. It's going to require a patch for the PC version at the same time, so it's a big job, and we don't want to mess it up.

As long as they are connect by cable and they power up they should work. The driver installed correctly, but I cannot seem to actually use the oinux. Will "we" get an amBX-version of defcon instead of a linux-one?

I'd also want them to be able to do more than just move air, like shoot jets of air at me or something. It's basically an extreme surround sound setup and each speaker lights itself according to the game.
My hardware is not the fastest one - but thats not my problem, the only think i want to say It's all about making the game available to the largest groups of people first. My setup firsts boot ubuntu, then gnome, then xbmc. So is that option on the game menu just for if you have all of their equipment? I really don't care so much about the lights, but I would like lknux use the speakers if possible. Where can I find "Add legacy hardware.
